Jaxtin's Baptism

We don't have many pictures of the baptism, but I did get a few shots of Mya in a Sunday School room that I had to take her to during the service. She just wasn't able to sit still:) This is the first time I've ever seen her climb on a little chair. So cute!

New Puppy Update

So here's the latest picture of our new little puppy (the breeder updates her website with new pics every week so you can watch your puppy grow). And I've decided to name him Jasper! I got the name from an awesome series of books called the "Twilight" series by Stephanie Meyers. My sister-in-law, Amy, recommended them and they are SO GOOD! Jasper is the name of a vampire in the series:) LOVE IT!

Mr. Pumpkin!

Mya thought it would be fun to put our landscaping rock in my big pumpkin!

The Newest Little Miranowski

So I lasted only one week without a dog. I couldn't stand not having a little dog running around under my feet and sleeping in my lap. It's just too lonely. I miss Bailey SO SO MUCH. It's been hard and I decided to help I needed to get a puppy!:) So, let me introduce you to the newest little Miranowski. We can pick him up on October 12th. Until then he'll live at his breeders as he's too little to leave. His breed is Zuchon or "Teddi Bear". He's a mix of a Shih Tzu and Bichon. He'll get about 8 pounds and won't shed (which I love). I'm so excited for Mya to grow up with him.

This is how the little guy will look when he gets a little bit older.

I Lost my Best Friend Last Night...

So, as some of you already know, Bailey (my little Yorkie) has been really sick lately. Last night he passed away.... I got home from watching the Vikings in town and I found him in his little bed. He didn't look good. I held him and petted him and then put him back down in his bed to rest while I tended to Mya. I went back in to check on him and he was gone. Randy buried him at our farm next to a dog that the previous owners had buried there. We knew that dog was there because they had put a white wooden cross in the ground to mark his grave. Randy came home last night from burying Bailey and he said that white cross I wanted him buried by had a "B" engraved on it..... Anyway- I loved Bailey with all of my heart and he was my very best friend. I will miss him so much. Please no phone calls as I can't talk about it, but feel free to email if you want and say a little prayer for him. I'm hoping my family's dog, Poochie, met him up there along with my cat, Kitty. You will be missed Bay!

You might be a redneck if...

So Randy and I seem to have a lot of redneck moments. Last Sunday we were "in town" visiting Matt and Amy and their girls and we forgot to grab milk for the baby on the way out. So, we decide to head into Aber to see if the grocery store there is open. It wasn't....but the bar was. So, I figure the bar must have milk in some way shape or form. So I walk in and the bartender (as they always do in small towns) greets me by name. "Hello Mrs. Miranowski," he says. I say, "Hey Brandon, we need some milk, do you have a gallon we could buy?" "Nope," he says as he pulls a gallon out of the ice chest behind the bar, "but I could just give you some of mine, here." He goes into the back room to look for something to put it in and comes out with a little bucket that their coleslaw comes in. He pours half the milk into the bucket and says, "here you go, then." So me and my red neck leave the Aber bar with a bucket of milk for my baby! You can't make this stuff up!
