A Weekend Away!

James, Keisha, Randy and I spent the weekend in Minneapolis at the W Hotel/Foshay.  The hotel was incredible.  We have NEVER stayed in anythinglike it.  It was so funky and cool.  We had the best time.

Yes, We Really Let Them Do This!

Actually, I'm going to blame the daddies for this one!  Mya and Sydney (the super cute little girl that lives next door) thought it would be really fun to run through the ditch full of water that lies between both our yards.  The daddies thought this was a superb idea;)  They did have fun, although both of them did fall on their faces at least once.  They were soaked to the bone!

Trying to get a group picture is always completely dramatic!  We have 6 cousins- all girls- I mean what can you expect?  This is the best I could do:)  Atleast they're all standing up and in the shot!

Time for the Easter Egg hunt!  Be sure to check out the girls' rain boots in all the pictures!  I think they'll be starting a new fashion trend... poofy dresses and rain boots, so cute!

I missed getting a shot of the pinata, but here are the girls gathering all the candy that came out.  Being "Miranowski Girls" they completely kicked the bunny pinata's butt!  They were even kicking it once it was empty and on the ground!

A Visit to Pa Pa's Farm

Last Sunday my dad invited us out for dinner.  We had a blast at his farm and it was so beautiful outside...finally!

There's a basketball hoop and basketballs in the barn that Mya likes to play with, but today we found this huge exercise ball..

Wherever we are Mya always seems to find the perfect little seat for herself!

We got back from our adventures and Mya crawled up on the couch for her snack and promptly fell fast asleep!  Notice the cracker still in her hand!

I Love Cousins!

Ya Ya's Visit

No Pics- But Funny Story!

Hey all my faithful blog readers!  So, I don't have any new pics for you, but I do have a funny story to share...  GROSS OUT ALERT!

• So Mya and I were laying in my bed one night reading stories before bedtime.  She's got this lovely new habit of picking her nose.  I usually tell her not to do it when we're in public, but when we're at home I let her pick away!  I know, I know... gross!  I pick my nose, why shouldn't she be able to.  I just don't do it in public, so I'm enforcing the same practice for her:)  ANYWAY- she had dug out a nice fat little booger and had it on the tip of her finger and was showing me.  She's quite proud of these little things.  She was shoving it in my face, so without thinking really I told her just to flick it.  I yelled, "flick it Mya!  Flick it!".  Well she thought I said something else, so she brought it to her mouth and LICKED IT!  OMG I died laughing!
